My name is Mike “Lasermike”. I used to be JMI Racing and currently rebranded to 7X Racing Concepts to encompass all my passions for the sport. I have been racing dirt oval cars and making cars and parts for the last 26 years. My first ever experience was going to Monee Raceway and meeting Roy Moody. There I became a fan of the sport and found my passion for the 1/8th scale sprint cars.

By trade I am an engineer and I took those skills and created a small machine shop where I could design the cars I wanted to race.

We sell custom machined RC car parts and kits for dirt oval racers. I can also help make custom designs a reality. If you have a design in mind I have the equipment and knowledge to build it.

By starting 7X Racing Concepts formally known as JMI Racing I get to share my designs with the RC Community. I am constantly trying to improve and build cars and parts for performance.
